Shipping Policy

Global Shipping

1. We at Kusuma, take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers.  We do not used courier agents thus, ensuring that your ordered items reach you safely.

2. We ship within India through Blue Dart and worldwide through DHL. 'Non-serviceable' and 'Remote Area Locations' will be shipped through India Post. International customers are required to check if their address falls under '  Remote Area Location' on the page  https://www.dhl.de/content/dam/images/Express/downloads/dhl-express-remote-areas-service.pdf 

3. International shipments under 'Remote Area Location' will be shipped through International mail service of India Post with a transit time of 10 - 25 days.

4. Domestic shipments are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order and for international addresses, dispatches are 3-8 days after receiving the payment.  Standard delivery times are 3-7 days in India and 5 - 12 days for International destinations. Remote area shipments will need 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Orders with customization and ‘on-hold’ dispatched need additional 4–10 days for dispatch

5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

6. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
